Merry Pop-Ins Childcare Centre – School Age Program is a before/after school program and Summer Camp that began operations on July 4, 2011.

Unfortunately, due to staff shortage, we are unable to offer any programs for the 2022-23 school year.  All of our summer staff are returning to school or are seeking jobs with the Public Schools Branch.  If we are able to hire qualified staff we will reinstate the program immediately but at this time we hope to open again for the 2023-24 school year.

To qualify as staff an individual must be at least 18 years old, have a current criminal record/vulnerable sector check and obtain a current first-aid/CPR certificate within 3 months of being hired.  They must enjoy working with school-age children and be able to plan activities and crafts that are age appropriate.
