Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Payment Information​

At Merry Pop-Ins Childcare Centre Inc., we aim to make paying for childcare services simple and stress-free for families.

To help streamline our payment process, we use Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD), which allows us to automatically withdraw your childcare fees from your bank account every two weeks.

Auto Pay

Payments are processed automatically on every second Tuesday.

PAD ensures a smooth, reliable, and secure way to handle tuition payments. It helps us focus on what matters most — providing quality care and education for your child, while giving you peace of mind knowing your payments are handled safely and on time.

How to Set Up PAD?

Step One

Get to the Registration package form page.(Our staff will send you the link once your place is confirmed)

Step Two

Fill out all of the required forms, the PAD form is the last one.

Step Three

Attach a void cheque or a document from your bank that confirms your account details.

Step Four

Submit the form.

*Please note that any dates that fall on or follow a bank holiday may result in a delay of the PAD by 1-2 days.

Important Notes

Change Notice

If you need to cancel or make changes to your PAD agreement, please provide written notice at least 10 business days before the next scheduled payment date.

Refund Request

If an error occurs, you have the right to request a refund by contacting MPI.
