Dear Parents,

This note repeats some of the information in the form below.  As you know we had to cancel March break due to almost zero registration.  We will use the information from this form to determine if it will be possible to run summer camps this year.  We must have a minimum of 7 registrations per week to run a camp.  If there are weeks with less than seven registrations we cannot run a camp that week.  This leads to the problem of finding a staff person who will work random weeks during the summer.  Once we have compiled the feedback from this form we will share the results with you and let you know if we will be able to run the camps this summer.  Please share this with anyone you know who may be interested.  The more people that see it the more chance there is to run the camps.

Prices will be:

Full-Time

$35/day/child = $175.00 per week/child

$30/day/child for 2 or more children = $150.00 per week/child

Part-Time

$40/day/child for 1 to 4 days per week.  No family pricing.

At this point no themes have been chosen and we have not hired a staff person. We will use the feedback from this form to decide if summer camp will run this year. Thanks. If there is interest and at least 7 registrations per week we will run these summer camps. The last day of school is June 26. June 27th can be a PD day - again if there are at least 7 registrations.
